Lena, Lena Lou

I just don't know how this new baby (insert boy name) will every beat what a GREAT baby Alina has been. She is so easy-going, happy and sweet. She's bit of a messy eater but she loves her baths. She has made it easier for me to be huge and pregnant with four little one.

Alina, aka "Trash Digger" or "Spoon Thief", is on the move. The week before her 1st b-day she started walking and that is when all the criminal acts began. Here she is catch red handed with the Chili can that she removed from the trash can.

Here's a silly little picture of her 1st b-day/ BYU football party for Dad. Ali wanted nothing to do with the cake. I couldn't make her touch it. And yes, what little hair she has really is red.

Alina is an outside girl. She has loves the pumpkins, picking flowers and dirt. She also love the blue bike, however the silly thing just keep going in circles for her. I think we need to get her a bike for Christmas.

We love our little dome headed baby, Ali!

Octobers Happenings!

Wendy, Jack, Troll, Bun in the Oven, Bun Maker, Nerd, Batgirl and Biker chick at our family bon-fire! (Kayla handmade their costumes - Amazing!)

We had this whole peach beach house to ourselves - so we wanna share it with the Paul Hatch family next year! We could all fit in both sides, wanna come???? (the pipe wont be there next year, they are dredging)

Few of my favorite disneyland shots. Can the Gutterys looks any weirder?

Tary- Taryz

Unlike Kendall, Taryn has turned into a smiler! We love it! She asks to get her picture taken doing anything. So, here's Taryn painting pumpkins!

Here's Taryn as a Princess!
My favorite part about this picture is sweet baby Lena in the background. Eat her up!

Tary-taryz doing her chore of putting away the spoons. Sweet she is!

Taryn loved Kendall field trip, I think more than Kendall. When everyone else was picking out a pumpkin to take home, Taryn picked out a flower from the pumpkin vine. She sees potential.

Taryn LOVE dance class with her buddy Katy Beatty! She might like the dance close as much as dance class. Taryn is a Barbie girl! She loves dress up, Princess videos, girl music, makeup, jewelry, and all thing girl.
Oh, and if you haven't heard, she's POTTY trained! Yippy for me! This is a picture of Taryn mixing potty training with finger paints. Nice!

Kendall Macy

Oh, we love the Kendalls! This has become a classic face that Kendall makes when I ask her to smile for the camera! Love it!

Kendall's preschool class when to a pumpkin patch for a field trip! Taryn and Kendall BEST friend Maggie were with us so good times were had by all! Kendall also got to bring home the class pet Skittles the frog for the week!

Kendall on the first day of preschool. She's getting so big!
Kendall's first day of preschool was Taryn's first day of dance class, so a hug was in order.
Tell me those aren't the cutest little girls EVER! They love each other. I hope they make room for Alina.

Garrrett's past 4 months

Garrett had a field trip to a apple orchid. As his father was the chaperon, they came home with bags for apples. So Garrett and I have tried every apple pie recipe on the Internet!

Here's picture of Garrett's first day as a 1st grader! I love this boy! Go Suns! Sorry Grandpa, still a fan!

Garrett 7th Birthday wasn't that exciting! Because we had just got back from AZ, we keep it mellow. Garrett want to shoot off his rocket, play on the Chick-fila playground (we never really go inside), make a pie, and buy his own presents. So off to Toys' R Us. Thanks to the great time Garrett had at the Bollwinkles this summer ALL he wanted was new Nerf guns to battle with his friends. He picked the MISSILE launcher! Great fun, a little dangerous for his sister at close range.
I love Garrett's forced smile for the camera.

Gardner Goin'ons

So as to not be disowned by my sweet sister, Kristal, I am now--hereby--officially...blogging! Can't promise it will be regular and can't promise is will be exciting, but I am gonna try :) Paula has been teaching alot of piano lessons and just about at the end of apple orders for the season. I'm also working on helping Jamison apply for scholarships and send in highlight video to college coaches. This week is Jamison's last regular season football game before playoffs. His team is undefeated and the region champs this year. State playoffs start next week! We have had so much fun with him and his friends from the football team. We're really gonna miss those Friday night lights:( The coach from Southern Virginia University called him the other day and wants him to send some game tapes and a highlight video. He's talking to him about playing for them, but he wants him to play the fall season and a spring season before he goes on his mission and he's not sure if he wants to wait that long. We're sending tapes to some colleges in Utah and a few others. He's also been talking to the assistant baseball coach as BYU, so we'll see where that takes us. Quinn is loving Jr. High and his Jr. High soccer team is starting their playoffs today. Go South Valley! He also played football this season and really likes it. I know...weird...Quinn playing football! We've gotta put some meat on his bones before high school :) Bet and Brian are doing good. Both are working new jobs and attending temple prep classes in their ward. Don't know what their plans are for sure, but we're proud of the positive steps they are both taking. Trace is working too much, as usual, and enjoying serving in the Young Men's program with Jamers. Jake (the spoiled, white dog) is lovin' his life which consists mostly of eating, sleeping and wrestling with the boys. It's good to be a dog :)

I really don't feellike I should have to blog on here since I'm an amazing MULDER family blogger once again, but a brief update. Jaden misses the garretts and Shayna, Kamryn is in dance and soccer but tells me she realy wants to be in gymnastics...too bad dance is free, and soccer season is lasting so stinking long. Boston cracked his head wide open and should have gotten a bunch of stitches, but the town doc thought it'd be enough to just butterfly away, stitch glue and laser it for a few days...we'll see. Speaking of, Jase had an awesome health talk last night, like he does every 2nd thursday of the month. I'm going nuts with this stupid super saturday crap, pumpkin night crap, company, going through EVERY box in our storage for our yard sale next weekend, and trying to keep up with th ekids, and Pearce is the happiest baby ever made....
Come visit!

In case you haven't heard....

The Fish baby is making his/her grand arrival! I am 13 weeks (almost 14) along and the due date is March 30th! We are SO excited we can hardly stand it. I have had a really great pregnancy so far, only feeling super tired (all the time) and a little nausaus here and there. Haven't thrown up once! (I know you all wanted to know that) I got to hear the heartbeat on September 22nd and it was beyond amazing! We find out what I'm having at the end of October. This is already going by soooo fast! We am super excited that the Fish baby and the Jones baby are going to be so close! They will be best friends if they ever move back here. :) Anyways, thats all folks. Check the Fish blog for hopefully more posts throughout the next 6 months. Love you all!! (sorry...no pictures)

The Merrell Family, Established . . . 3 months ago!

SO heres the update . . .

Lots of BIG changes for the Merrell Family! Chads brother came home from a mission so its been fun getting to know my new brother. We are slowly putting together our house, i have since realized that i might be amoung the top 10 worst decoraters in the whole world . . its possible, im not 100% sure but the odds are against me. all the same, i love our house, its so ghetto but its cute and its perefect for us right now!

We love being so close to the temple, our ward is so . . . . OLD! Its been such an adjustment but change is good!

Speaking of good change, we are MOVING!!! IDAHO! In JANUARY!! I used to think I would love to get away but as I write to all my family here i realize its gunna be alot harder than i thought, but it will be good, we need to finish school and so many people have told us that it will be good for us to get away and live on love for a little while ( i hope it a really really little while). We are doin so good though, Chad LOVES his job! He works at the Mesa General Hospital just a few minutes from our house. He helps people that come to the ER get finacial assistant if they need it, so he sees alot of crazy people. I love hearing his stories and now the sirens and gunshots we hear in our neighborhood actually mean that chad will have a busy day ( i dont know if that makes it any more pleasant to hear them but hey now they have an advantage to us) JK! But work is good! Im still teacvhing lessons, dance and what not, its good! Right now we are also looking for a car! the good old Impala just gave up the ghost so we are now buying our first car together, and untill we find one, i am playing a little game called high school sophmore where i call my mommy back in QC everytime a need a ride anywhere! Its a fun game, sometimes i even whine about my lack of car, just like a 15 year old!!! My mom doesnt like the game as much as i do, but she still plays along :) Love you mom!! We've got some challenges in the future but we are having a blast being married and figuring eachother out. We started a blog of our own (incase you wanna hear some funny newlywed storied and pics) its www.sealeddeal.blogspot.com. Chad and I like to spend our spare time driving around used car lots, renting cutrate films, going Goodwilling, antiquing, eating mikenikes, and loving eachother . . . till next time, Chad and i are sealing this deal!

Where were ya?

Ok, just thought I'd share a little sumtin sumtin from what you wall missed this last weekend at the Adams Family Cookout....haha, but really, it was a lot of fun...come next year!!!!

And I'll leave you with what my younger 2 do when I have errands to run and Jase is out back burying the trampoline....they get to play in the sand for the cement.
Oh and I'm sure ma has told you all about the flooding here a couple of days ago. It was crazy. we had a waterfall in teh backyard for about an hour and then a river around the house all day....luckily, other than the leaks in our leaky new roof, we didn't get any in the house. Jase went around town to help other people suck water out of theirs....and poop, and Kelly Rogers got eletricuted. yea, that's the news for JC.

Happy 7th Birthday, Garrett!

Can't believe that it's been 7 years since this little man join my life! Also I can't believe it's been 6 years since we moved out here and celebrated his 1st B-day in the Peterson's basement.

We LOVE this happy, out going, good boy! He's a JOY to have around. He's always thinking up adventures, activities or outings for the whole family to have fun.
Happy B-day, Garrett!
We love you!

(Does Alina look like Garrett?)

Some of the Guttery Summer Highlights

Going to Jo City and Holbrook to be with the Grandparents is always the favorite spot. We realize the older we get, how blessed we are to have such amazing parents that still take such good care of us and our kids. What great examples we have. This pictures was at Heber - not all of us got to go this year, but it is such a great tradition for our family.
2010 PAUL D. HATCH CAMPOUT!!!!!!!

Loved the PDH Campout! Favorite things were: fort building, Hands and feet, Volleyball, Trace's Kitchen, "Gay Cave", FOOD, babies, Popsicles, Jake, walking sticks, scavenger hunts, rain, horse shoe tournaments, talking, marshmallows on my shoes and The Testimony Meeting!

We were able to have foreign exchange girls from China, Peng and Emma, stay with us for three weeks. We learned how crappy Americans eat, how much we eat, how lucky we are to have a big famiy, how they would rather stay and hang out at our house than go anywhere, and so many other things. Some of our favorite things they would say was "too sweet" about anything fun we asked them to try. They loved waffles and every morning I would ask them what they wanted to eat and they would look at each other and say "Awefulls" They put approximately 6 drops of syrup on them, but they still liked them. We would play a game that we would pass a ball to someone and we would ask them a question and they had to answer it. I asked Peng, "what is your favorite thing about America?" She said "Your freedom in schools" They go to school from 7 am to 8:30 pm every day and even have 2 hours of homework at night. Then we asked Emma the same question and she quickly replied "Family" YEAH!!!

Going to Utah was definitely a highlight. Great view, friends, cabin, food, games (murder in the dark), ski lifts, rain, golf tournaments and sight seeing of temples.

First post!!!

Alright Family, here it is....our family blog! PLEASE contribute at least monthly. I'll post a little something about our August on Sunday or possibly the next Sunday, but for now I'm leaving us all with an adorable pictures of the Jones Family!!! WE MISS YOU GUYS! COME bACK!!!!!
